By downloading, installing, or using Sharp ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

Sharp provides daily 5-minute executive leadership micro-learning content across four core pillars: Public Speaking, Psychology, Logic, and Productivity. All learning materials, progress tracking, and drills are delivered for personal skill enhancement.

• 100% Free to Use: Sharp is completely free. There are no subscription fees, paid tiers, in-app purchases, or paywalls required to access any content or features.

• No Billing or Charges: You will not be billed or charged for using the Application. No credit card or Apple ID payment method is required.

Sharp is engineered with a local-first architecture. Spoken practice drills utilize Apple Speech Recognition framework directly on your device. Audio recordings and transcriptions remain strictly on-device and are never transmitted to or stored on external servers.

All lesson content, card graphics, branding, text, audio drills, and software code within Sharp are the exclusive property of Sharp. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, and non-commercial license to access and use the Application.

Sharp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sharp is an educational micro-learning tool and does not guarantee specific career or financial outcomes. In no event shall Sharp be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
